Position: General Manager (Contracts & Billing)

Job Profile:

  • Preparation of Drawing to show the progress of the site at various stages such as R.C.C., Brickwork, Plaster, Tiling False Ceiling etc.
  • To identify whether the Contractors has billed under heads and with proper dates
  • Preparing Estimating, Costing and Cash Flow charts for all the projects for every stage comprehensive as well as periodically at various stages.
  • Monitoring the progress of work and review the actual progress with compare to the schedule of work, if the work is not running as per schedule the finding out causes and remedial measures.
  • To also keep the records of bills forwarded by contractor and the cheques issued to the contractor at various stages of work in accordance to the Ledger accounts maintained by Accounts department.
  • Inwards and outward document entry. Also, to keep the record of contractors whose bill have been received/ certified etc.
  • Quantity survey for indenting of materials and equipments
  • Reconciliation for all the projects periodically at the end of every quarter of year
  • To maintain the contact details of all the contractors working for Satra Group. This also includes PAN No., Service Tax no., V.A.T. no. etc.
  • Audit of the bills with measurements and other taxation related documents
  • Measurements and billing.
  • Preparation of Contracts /Proposals/ Quotations/ Bills etc. related to the site works.
  • Coordination between accounts department and suppliers, contractors for bills/ payments TDS or Service Tax, VAT related matter.
  • Co-ordination between HR & various Site In charge regarding PF & ESIC matters for Labours and maintaining Labour records of various sites.
  • Handling Labour license and Labour welfare Compliances.
  • To Establish and maintain records as per ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
  • Coordinating between office and site staff for 
    • Petty cash
    • Periodical payments of electricity, water and security
  • Also should be able to do rate analysis according to the latest market rates.
